Assigned to the site director, your main missions will be the following:
- Working closely with the charges d’affaires, analysing client expectations in order to prepare and organise the sites as best as possible
- Managing and guaranteeing that the different business matters go smoothly by ensuring that the quality, deadlines and budgets are respected,
- Managing the supplies and purchases of your area,
- Calculating human and material resources depending on the activity,
- Supervising your teams ensuring that they improve their skills Being proactive to advance technical processes or optimise budgets,
- Enforcing safety rules by putting methods in place,
- Building a network of facilitators via site meetings with design offices, architects, suppliers, building technical inspection agencies and clients,
- Taking responsibility for the sites until reservations are lifted.
